TCON, Inc.
Ernie Tuten has been around construction all of his life. His father owned and operated a construction company and built many residential, commercial, and industrial projects around Glynn County. After Ernie served in the United State Marine Corps in Vietnam, he came back and pursued a business degree from Georgia State University in Atlanta. While going to night school, he worked for a general contractor during the day as a job superintendent.

Upon his return to Brunswick, he pursued a construction career and started Newcastle Construction, Inc. in 1983. In 2014, the corporate name was changed to TCON, Inc. Ernie was the sole owner of both companies which have built over 200 houses and many commercial projects in Glynn County and surrounding areas.

In recent years, TCON, Inc. has focused on high-end homes on St. Simons and Sea Island.
